gorgeous (and yummy) violet carrots ... as you peel them, it lives beautiful indigo marks on your fingers :)
stired fried veg : violet carrots, yellow carrots, parsnip, fenouil, oignons, garlic and cumin with mushroom and soja burger ... delicious !
I have decided to be adventurous in my everyday, simple activities : to try something different every day, for exemple, going a different route on my way back home from work,
buying different food, wearing my hair differently ... breaking the routines, expanding my way of thinking or seeing .... :
1. it is saying the mantra 'I trust the univers'
2. being conscious when i say critical things about situations or about me ...
3. today it is cooking violet and yellow carrots ...
4. eating differently, breaking the habits, i.e. i am not buying bread anylonger and as a result, i have lost a few kilos ...
5. i am seeing a kiné-ostéopathe twice a week for healthy reasons and in 2 rendez-vous only, i am starting to experience the benefits .... unblocking trapped stress, letting the energy
flowing ...
little things to welcome the new in my life ...
what things could you do differently to expand your horizon ?
