expanding my horizons ...


gorgeous (and yummy) violet carrots ... as you peel them, it lives beautiful indigo marks on your fingers :)


stired fried veg : violet carrots, yellow carrots, parsnip, fenouil, oignons, garlic and cumin with mushroom and soja burger ... delicious !

I have decided to be adventurous in my everyday, simple activities : to try something different every day, for exemple, going a different route on my way back home from work, buying different food, wearing my hair differently ... breaking the routines, expanding my way of thinking or seeing .... : 

1.  it is saying the mantra 'I trust the univers'
2.  being conscious when i say critical things about situations or about me ...  
3.  today it is cooking violet and yellow carrots ...
4.  eating differently, breaking the habits, i.e. i am not buying bread anylonger and as a result, i have lost a few kilos ...
5.  i am seeing a kiné-ostéopathe twice a week for healthy reasons and in 2 rendez-vous only, i am starting to experience the benefits .... unblocking trapped stress, letting the energy flowing ...

little things to welcome the new in my life ...

musik : buddhattitude, liberdade
perfum : the air is perfumed with mimosa !
energy : like being on holiday
intention : a long week-end by the sea
